Mr. Sameh Ragab

Biography:

Sameh is a corporate Attorney at law since joining the firm and he has been assisting clients in obtaining industrial licenses from the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) and other relevant authorities, organizing board and shareholders’ meetings, and conducting all necessary procedures and communication with the competent authorities regarding corporate resolutions ratification, obtaining work and residence permits. Furthermore, he assists clients in legal registration and all the necessary procedures with the General Organization for Export and Import Control. (GOEIC)

*He represents clients in companies’ incorporation, registration of branches, and representative offices in Egypt, organizing board and shareholders’ meetings, and

handling all necessary procedures and communication with the competent authorities concerning corporate resolutions ratification. Furthermore, he assists in corporate restructuring, mergers, and registrations in GAFI of decisions on company capital increase. He provides legal advice to corporations on the application of the best law practices concerning governing laws, and represents clients in a variety of disputes, in particular, intellectual property cases, all types of commercial disputes, disputes arising of civil and administrative contracts, and licensing.

*He usually gets involved in all stages of disputes in courts such as filing a legal claim, drafting statements of defense, objections, submitting of complaints, attending court hearings, and oral pleading.
